Human Resources

The Human Resources Department supports current and prospective employees. The department is responsible for the recruitment, selection and hiring of Professional and Classified/Auxiliary positions throughout the district. It is responsible for providing a comprehensive program of benefits for its employees, as well as a competitive compensation package designed to attract and retain qualified staff. Additionally, the department is responsible for the Employee Profile Setup, Applicant Portal Management, Employee Relations, Workers Compensation, FMLA support, Certification, Service Records, Contracts, and Substitute /SubFinder Express portal and payroll processing.  The department hires and trains substitute teachers throughout the year.
